will it make videos playable on my computer?
its not for PSP. Thats why you hit swicth to normal video mode.

I know the creator and he said he orginally built it to convet his OGM / MKV anime files to AVI.
But he added support for conversion to MP4 later for PSP.
Its a 2 in 1 converter.

Mixer -> Speaker Output Configeration.

Joe: No one asked for a tool to re-encode MKV. This is just a playback issue. What in the hell are you talking about?

Yeah, it's not a popular feature to make use of. But I figured it out because when watching anime on my laptop, I output to a mono TV with TV out and I needed to convert the audio to mono so'd sound halfway normal.

I was just trying to help. :(

I dont really perfer MKV's thats why I always reconvert them to AVI and that way they also can be eaisely reencoded using NERO then burned to a video DVD.

This isn't a problem, this is how AC3 is mastered.

With a proper 5.1 soundcard/speaker setup, this would be a non-issue. Like DJ_Izumi pointed out, this is purely a mis-configuration of player/codec downmix settings.
