I have a question about subtitles

Okay, since I don't have a DVD ripper, and I'm buying the whole series, I downloaded Samurai 7 online, the subbed version, of course. Is there a way to make the subtitles go bye bye for my vids? An editing trick or something?

If someone could help me with this, I'd be extremely gratefulllll. ^_^

you can either use crop() with avisynth or apply the null filter in vdub(/mod) and then use the crop function in vdub(/mod)
