OK, I take back what I said about Jihaku. That would be a good Introductory Video. I thought it was really good. I don't know why I didn't like it that much the first time around.. I think I thought they used the live footage from the music video too much.. but I don't see a problem this time through. An enjoyable watch.

After having thought about it a bit, I think anything that's tyoo effects heavy all the way through would be a bad idea seeing as how you want to show the art side of it. Therefore here are my recomendations:
Jihaku for reasons that have already been explained
Right Now Someone Is Reading This Title, Mainly because it's very easily accessible to an outside audience, because all the jokes are there and, for the most part, self-explanatory, also it contains a large cross section of anime which i would be good for the whole art bit of the presentation.

You might want to consider Narutrix in your list. I had used that for my English presentation about hobby. It got everyone laughed because everyone watched The Matrix and Naruto was popular, and so I got an A for my presentation

The first one Kalium mentioned might be a good one. The other two would appeal more to anime fanboys IMO.
