Help PLEASE!!!!

Guys i need help i tryed to drag "NickleBack-Hero.mp3" to windows movie maker but it doesn't work.Can someone help me? I also tried to put other songs on and it works like "nickelback-Savin'me" but when i drag it to the music time line thingy windows movie maker shuts down. i sent a error report to windows it says its the ffdshow i got from the AMV thingy can someone help me please. Thanks !

Don't use MP3s for editing at all. Use WAVs instead.

Do yourself a favor and use .WAV files in your editing software. Either convert the .MP3 to a .WAV or get the original song from the CD for better sound quality.

It should be pretty straight forward.
