How long does it take to Pend a banner?

Well, I just made a banner with, Photoshop CS, and Image Ready CS

. I cannot upload or send the banner to who ever runs it, yet. I have Norton, and it's blocking the banner page/ banners period

:( . So by later today, I should've been able to fix the problem. And I just wanted to know, whats the average time it takes until people can vote on the banner?

Depends on when I get around to approving it, how many are before yours, and how long it takes people to vote on those before yours.

It's been like OVER 24 hours, and my banner is still pending.. I've seen atleast 30 or more, other banners being voted on..Does it really take this long?

Since you're so impatient, I went and rejected your banner right away. See your email for why. As for the one that is waiting for voting, I can't do anything about how long it takes people to vote for the ones before it.

Well ,sorry for my imapatients. I should of relized this is a well growned website. This just was my first banner and I was wondering if this was the average time. Then again, curiousity did kill the cat, or in this case, Rejected the banner. Very sorry.
