The site is being mean!

Um...
Everytime I try to upload my vid, the site disconnects me and I have to do it over and over again.
Any suggestions on why it does this or what I should do?

a bit more information would help(what ftp you are using, size of video, firewall, anything else that you think might help), but we'll get over the common problems first.

are you using an ftp client? (different than an ftp server)
if not do you have internet explorer? (or some mac equivalent)
is your video under 100MB (or have you gotten permission to upload a large file)?
when you start the upload, is your firewall off?
It could have also been the org acting up on Saturday and Sunday

I've had a problem uploading too. I can get it up to the Upload Completion Queue but it never finishes. It also keeps saying that there are 73 pending uploads even since last night, and perhaps other people have noticed that the new video has been the same for the past 3 or so days. It seems odd, but I haven't seen anything specifically relating to uploads from the staff yet.

it seems the the uploading queue stopped working around the same time as the forums.
I'm sure derobert will get nagged by some of the mods to work on it
but one more reminder couldn't hurt

I was using Kero as FTP, Video size: 25.5M, I don't think I have any firewalls, I'm using a client(I think), I have Internet Explorer and i'm using FileZilla.
Yet as far as it sounds it seems like the Queue is just screwy.
What d'you think?

Urk! I tried again today(Monday) and it still didn't work!
I guess I'll wait 4 the new info 'bout the Queue to come in before I try uploading again...

the queue shouldn't stop you from uploading (a video has to go through the queue after you confirm the upload)
kero is the server, filezilla is the ftp
if your screen looks similar to this ( http://www.robsdomein.nl/pictures/ftp_f ... ezilla.gif ) then you have the client.

you could also use IE's built in ftp (put ftp://username:password@kero.animemusicvideos.org into the url bar)

if you could include a screenshot it would help
if not, please post the error message that you get
