Problem of connection in the forum

Hello. When I try to connect me with my other account to reach the forum and to be able to leave messages one says to me: Inactive Sorry, goal your password cannot Be retrieved because your account is currently. Please contact the forum administrator for more information. Thus if somebody can say to me how to make I thank to him in advance because I would like to leave messages on the forums.
