Since when do you have to download anything in order to upload (besides downloading your uploaded copy in order to confirm that it works)?

what you are stuck on is confirming the upload.
after you upload a new video, you have to test it, to make sure that the file looks good/uploaded the right file.
when you go to your members main page on the left side, you should see "confirm upload"
click on this, and you should be taken to a page thatallows you to download your recently uploaded video ( I believe that it takes you to the video info page) after you make sure everything is ok, you select "everything was ok" in the confirm upload page.
when you download the video, it should open up a new tab/window.
after this I think you just enter the filesize, click ok and then you're done.
If this does not answer your question, please post again and say where excatly in this process you are stuck
(gee...I kinda sound like tech support, don't I)
dang it, you beat me to it Scintilla, but I still think this is relevant

greater people have been foiled by smaller things
ftp is used to transfer files from one place to another (in this case from your computer to this sites' server)
you can usually go about doing this step in two ways
1: use internet explorer (which has its own ftp client built in)
to use it, type ftp://username:password@kero.animemusicvideos.org
into the url bar
2: Get an ftp client (there is a big functional difference between client side
and server side ftp. so look for ftp client or client side)
I suggest filezilla (stay away from anything that says server)
once you install it, open it up. you should see on the top bar username then password, then server address, with space to enter some text.
once you enter your username and password and kero.animemusicvideos.org, click on quick connect
in the middle of the screen, on the left side there should be a box that says local site, from here, selecting the file to upload is just like browsing through your computer
don't forget to disable your firewall when you try to upload
if you still need help, I'll take screenshots, just post again

looks like there's some weirdness with the video queue still
if a link doesn't show up in about another 2 days, I think you may have to re-upload (delete the current one and enter the vid info again)
I'm not 100% sure, but I think this has worked for a few other people
by "link showing up" I mean from your video info page
