Attn mods: Original animation and non-anime listing question

Um, yea, I'm sure I'd be the last person expected to bring this up again, but... bear with me, it's an odd situation


...what exactly constitutes "kosher" original animation video? Where is the line drawn for content that is allowed or not allowed to be listed in catalogue?

Specifically:
I have an "abstract art video" originally made of completely nondescript stock footage (not made by me, but altered by me beyond recognition). I may also expand on this further with more content drawn by me personally, but it will not be any less abstract and nondescript.

I have no intention of uploading it to the .org, but I'd like it to be listed in my profile as I think it'd interest those who like my other AMV work.

So, I'm only asking if a) I can list it in catalogue; b) announce it.

Original Animation has been a debatabled by us mods and admins. As this point, we are looking at it on a case by case basis.

BUT, seeing that this site is dedicated to Anime Music Video, in general it should still have a valid Anime source and be in the spirt of anime if it's going to use original animation in it...
