How long soon after can we know when our videos are approved?

Screening is tentatively scheduled for March 11th
the panel of judges there will approve the videos

I will go through entries and set the approved videos (the ones that show at con) the day after screening

unless things change that will be the 12th

I would assume that if the video status says Yes to "Recieved" and "Works" , then it's in the March 11 screening... right?
