cant download, why

Ok so i am a member, but i can't download on local video. Why cant I.

what video are you trying to download?

there are a few more pages that you have to go through after you click on "Local" near the bottom of the video info page

the first one is a donation page, where you can choose to donate to this site, or not donate and continue on to the download.
the second page is where the downlad starts, but for non-paid members you have to wait 10 seconds before the download starts.

if no download starts after 10 seconds, scroll down to the bottom of the page
you should see "click here if download has not started yet" click it and it should work

if that doesn't help, post back here again.
be sure to include a link to the video, the browser that you're using, and any other information that you think might help people help you.
sorry if this info seems a bit generic, but most of the time this basic info is all that's needed to solve the problem

one more question. Ok so i like was able to download 2 videos, then it made me give them stars, but now every time i try to doenload a new video it gives me the same page, but with out me giving them a star. What does that mean.

so sry that i have so many questions, i just started this 2 days ago.

but anyway...
it means that you:
a: can't download the video (has a no or none in the dowloads area)
b: are clicking on something wierd
c: have 10 downloads that need star ratings
d: are experiencing some of the site's wierdness

once again, please tell me the title of the video so I can check out what might be happening
also tell me what buttons you push and in the order that you push them.
