No 'indirect' linking to AMVs on streaming sites?

After it was brought up about AMVs on YouTub(e).com I made 'indirect' links to a couple of mine which were posted on there (not uploaded by me of course). Unfortunately, they appear to be removed now. So just to clarify ... is there a new rule against linking our AMVs to streaming video sites like YouTub(e)?

I only did it because I was getting a lot of emails from people unable to download from the local server and wondering if they were available anywhere else online.
