Sweet Sixteen!!

Congratulate me, I just turned sixteen two days ago!! In my state, sixteen is when you get your "restricted" license, and then 17 your unrestricted. I got my license, and the state has licensed me to drive on the streets!

I've got another month and 7 days until 16 and I can get my permit, which means in 6 months I'll be able to get my license

holy shit

in West Virginia, u can get ur permit at 15, then u have to drive for six months and have either your drivers ed card or that u had 30 hrs of "experienced driving" from ne drivers teacher

then, u get ur level 2 license at 16, then level two 2 (or something) at 18, which i just got couple days ago, then ur get ur LICENSE at 21
