I have a few questions to ask, i dunno if this is the rite section but i didnt no where else to put it.
1.How do i import bleach and naruto eps into premiere?
2.How do i use all the cool like images and effects that are put over the top of AMV, like in decoy ops' naruto technique beat?
3.Is there a way to put them onto a dvd that has like a menu and stuff?
any help would be great thanks

1. Well, you have to rip them off your DVDs first. I know that you're not using downloaded footage....
Anyway, here's the link for all you need to know about that:

2. That AMV used Adobe After Effects heavily. That's probably what you'd need to use to duplicate his effects.
3. Yes, you can, but it's a pain in the butt. I can't remember what program I used right offhand, but it took forever to build the menus and stuff. It can be done though.
