PMing Problem...
Yeah, here;s a nooby question, why can't i send any of my pms to other people? some go in my outbox while some don't get sent. What exactly is the outbox anyway.......is it like waiting to be sent, already been sent, or something else? COuld it be that my mailbox is entering maximum capacity? please help me so I can send pms correctly

The outbox is where the e-mail is marked unread by the recipient.
