Help on confirming upload

I'm sorry if this has already been answered...
When I try to confirm my video/upload (AKA downloading it to make sure it works) I get the message, "Forbidden You don't have permission to access ... on this server". This is my first time uploading a video.

Somebody help me before I tear my hair out. >< Or at least give me the link to SOMETHING that could help me...
