Should I upload this?

I made a video wich is mainly Lucy, from Elfen Lied, killing people. I'm not sure if I should upload it due to all the violence and blood it contains. Can anyone tell me if I can upload it or not?

The violence in Elfen Lied is a bit too much to be uploaded to the site.
