2 week waiting question

I just uploaded an AMV that I made, it uploaded just fine. I confirmed the file size and all that. However, when I tried to DL it, it gets about 1.5 mb done, then freezes. This is in IE. In Firefox, it won't even start. The DL box just says "Starting...", but it never does.

Does this have anything to do with my having just made the account tonight? Can I not test my own video DL for another 2 weeks? It is a local link I am trying to pull from. I have posted a inderiect link as well.

The 2 week waiting period was abolished months ago, so it's not that.

So should I report the upload as a failed upload, wait for the AMV guys to remove it, and try again some other time?

Ok, I really need to learn to be patient. I tried the download today from work, and was able to get it without any problems. It looks good, with no glitches (other than the obvious artifacts and noise that appears when you compress at low levels to keep it under 100mb!).

You could have allocated more bits to the video if you'd compressed your audio. There's almost never any reason for PCM audio on a distribution copy of an AMV.
