Best synth program

Im looking for a good synth program, thats free and i can save. Recommendations?

The best by far in my opinion is reason, however as far as the free component is concerned, well, reason can be "free" if you know what i mean. Otherwise save some money.
Also what do you intend to control the synth with? You will require at least a sequencer or midi controller to make this exercise practical.

I want to use the synth to remix songs for my videos and also to maybe create some new songs, yes i know what you meen by "free" ;)

Remixing songs may require more then just a synthesizer. I would suggest looking for an audio package capable of handling editing of audio.
Have a look at something like conar or cubase, both have sequencers built in, which will take care of the midi control for the synthesizer.
