what does it mean when this message pops up while uploading.

Can't resolve "kero.animemusicvideos.org".

chances are that your firewall is blocking your attempt to connect.
turn your firewall to the low or off setting, and try again.

Ok I turned firewall to off setting and tried again but it gave me the same message.

what ftp program are you using?
if you are using Internet Explorer you don't need an ftp program.
if you could post some screenshots, that would help too

Ok now I feel stupid for asking but anyways what do I do if I use Internet Explorer?

just put ftp://username:password@kero.animemusicvideos.org into your browser.
check back in upload video to make sure I got this right (it's been awhile since I've uploaded)

I haven't used IE to upload, so I'll need a screenshot to help (or a more in-depth description of the page)
if you have a button that says "prt sc" or "print screen" (or something similar)
press it, open up mspaint and paste.
save the file as a jpeg, tiff or gif and upload it on imageshack.us
