Uploaded fine but when downloaded grey screen

Hi. I managed to upload my music video. But when I downloaded it to check, all I got was the music and a grey screen in Real Audio. It played in Windows Media Player Classic okay, but wouldn't even open in Winamp or the normal Windows Media Player.

I don't know if it might be a compression problem or something, but I followed Absolute Destiny's guide to compress it. Or is it a codec problem? Did I do something else wrong along the way?

The non-uploaded version plays fine on all of my programs. Could someone help?

what codec(s) did you use?
what format did you export it as?
what program did you use to encode it?
...come to think of it, what editing program did you use?

Thank you for replying. Actually, I managed to fix the problem, although I'm not sure how. The first and second time I uploaded, I used my Two pass - Second pass version, but the third time I used my Two pass - First pass version. I don't know if this was the problem, but my video works just fine now.
