How do you vote on banners?

I used to be really whatever, and voted for whatever, but lately I have been quite a bit pickier, I usually deffinately vote for mine

How do I find banners to vote for? What do I need to do in order to be able to vote for a banner?

See the little banner add contest square? Every now and then, there will be new banners. click on the link and vote for them when the time comes

You're right. I looked at my initial post and it wasn't very clear.
