need help on links

hey guys,
i need some info that only someone with good link and url exp can
tell me.
i've been to a few host sites, one didn't work of course, another uploaded
my video, but when i made the link( i tryed both indirect and direct)
it linked fine, just the video didn't start, then i tried downloading from the linked host, got the error message in WM player that we all know of.
so either i did something wrong(which i don't think so) or the host
site didn't upload the video properly.
my real question here is, i need a list of good host sites that work
and you've either used your self, or u know for fact it works,
also, one's that don't cost anything and allow at least 30-40 mb uploads.
it you own a site and would like to demo my video that i need a host
for, i'd greatly appreciate it

Here's an idea. WRITE PROPER ENGLISH AND STOP PRESSING ENTER EVERY FEW WORDS. Honestly my brain hurt trying to understand what you're saying.
