Go to your members main page
click on "Enter New Video" and fill out all of the relevent information
after you finish that, click on "Upload video"
You will get a username and password, WRITE THESE DOWN!
then make sure to read the upload instructions carefully.
If you have a firewall make sure that it is set low enough so that you can connect to Kero (where all the current and new amvs are being stored)
If you have any problems just post what you need help with.
(It's generally a good idea to scroll through a couple of pages in the "site help" area to see if your question has already been asked by somebody else)
