Video resetting itself?

I didn't see a thread about this so here I go. There have been many video's that I've downloaded in the past, but I had to delete them off my computer. Now I'm wanting to redownload them, but when they're almost completed, I get this little pop up saying something that the video can't finish, that it's been cancelled and nago reset itself.

Now a weird thing is that I can download videos I've never downloaded before. Does anyone know why that is?
