JaddziaDax knows me... apparently she reads my stuff... and I read the random stuff she splurts out... just pay attention to people... and stick around... that outta do it... problem is, do you have the patience?

How do you make friends? , really, how do you make friends on a site.?

I pm alot of people on the site whenever I feel there's something worth pming about "which is about 5 times a week." Other people pm me about my videos too "surprises me" and I meet other people that way also. I also post on the forums just about everyday "in the past 2 months at least."

The other way is, instead of making friends here, wheel in the rest of the friends you already have and sucker them in to sign up... and pay them to put up opinions for you... that will work too...

lol yea, i have to admit I have done that to a couple of my friends, even got them into editing... of course they use MY computer!!! lol

and the first person I made friends with was jade_eyed_angel I met her when I gave her a not so nice opinion... lol but then she replied "check out my newer stuff" lol so I did and we started trading opinions!!

and from then on we have been pretty good friends... so you can make friends through leaving opinions, but it really depends on the person you are leaving it for....

I have several other friends I have made through AMV journals, and most of them are pretty cool, but we all read random journals and whatever journals come up on the new entries list... theres plenty of oppurtunity to meet people on that area of the site...

I made friends with Hinatasan through making banners, of course she is the goddess of making banners, so I cant compare lol but we help each other out and chat through MSN and what not...

Several of my other friends I have met through contests and forums... its worth looking up the contests to see what you can join in online contests you can make some good friends that way...

and of course there is always the forums

though I find too many of the guys out here are usually trying too hard to be snyde lol...

then theres the IRC Chat room.... lol.... This site has way too many ways to be interactive its insane, feel free to explore around and see whats up

then theres the 4-5 people I PM on a every so often basis... they are all good people too, but I met most of them through Opinions. leaving them that is.

Oh and did someone already mention conventions and online competitions? I know I first knew of the Scoobsnet bunch there (including you JaddziaDax

)...

There are a bunch of other communities that have splurted out from here and the smaller the community the better the chances are of you making friends with them... of course you just have to make sure you are joining one that is dedicated to AMVs, otherwise those OPs you so crave aren't going to be coming anytime soon.
