Need some help [finding a video]

I need some help to find a video, I saw it at a con I went to a few days ago, but I can't seem to find it. It was one anime (don't know what it is) and the question they asked was would you cut off your foot for a flying car. It was very funny and if you have any clue about where to find it, please replay. Thanks.
