And you think you know something about metal? The majority of those bands you named fit more closely in with hard rock. I don't like getting into arguments about metal, but you have a rather biased and warped view of it. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it's not metal. You can stick with the tame stuff from the 70s and 80s, but don't presume to determine what is and is not metal if you can't open your mind.

On topic, Globocide (linked with the banner in my sig) is home to a few creators who generally prefer metal AMVs.

Guys... didn't I post a thread about these metal battles not too long ago... Don't make have to post another thread again...

Here's a little lesson on genres.

Hardcore is a sub genre of metal which is a sub genre of rock. That's life. Music evolves. Get used to it. I'm counting down the minutes 'til this thread gets locked...

^_^ well if u consider disturbed a metal band (one of my favs) go for the gaurded vid also its the only one i've seen up so far to their new gaurded song any ways! ^_^
