Uploaded video but it still says NO

I just uploaded my second video and I can't remember if it takes awhile to get on the site or what. Cause I did the FTP server and all, uploaded it and finished it, yet when I look it up it says my video is not up. It says NO.

Does it take awhile for the video to get online? Cause I seriously don't remember.
