Anybody familiar with 3D Stroke for AE?

Post by varxtis » Wed Aug 03, 2005 7:09 pm

I don't know if anyone has had the chance to play with this Plug-in, but is anyone familiar with 3D Stroke by Trapcode for Adobe After Effects? The plug-in is awsome and mixed with Shine (another one by Trapcode) it's incredible. But I am having a problem and I am hoping someone can throw some help my way. See basically, 3D Stroke works off of the mask created in a solid. But no, matter how many masks you create . . . the settings established for 3d Stroke in the solid affect all the masks within that solid, the same way. If I want two different masks to be affected in two different way by 3D stroke, I have to create a new solid. Here is my dalima. . . if you create a new solid. . . it covers up the previous one. Help me get different masks (IE Paths) to each have different seeting for 3d Stroke in After Effects.
