I acturally have no experience with FFX (or X-2 especially), I've ripped Wild Arms 3 once... but I've heard alot about FFX like it's encoded differently so I can only point you to> http://www.animemusicvideos.org/phpBB/v ... hlight=ffx not sure if ffx and x-2 are similar but I do know square doesn't use the typical route.

OK, from the start: rip the ISO with DVD Decripter (thats what I use anyway) by going Mode >> ISO >> Read. Then stick the ISO into NovaExtractor and search for MPG streams. Once it finds the streams, select them and hit the copy button or what ever it is (havent done this in a long time) to make it copy them as files.
Stick the files in MF Audio, it'll demux the audio stream into a WAV.
This should give you the WAV, though you might have to convert the files Nova gives you to something else, I forget exactly what I did.

Alright, I tried it just to be sure. All you do is load the MPG file that nova gives you into MFAudio, change the output to WAV, give it a place to save to, and hit Process. That will give you the audio stream.adifel wrote:I did all that, Nova only extracts the mpg files fine, but with no sound, if I try to change the extension,I get the error messages from upper repplies. Thanks anyway.
