Can't connect to FTP server???

Please Help me guys! I'm here just newcomer, so please don't be angry at me, if there I ask the same question as anyone else. I tried everything, but I can't connect to ftp Kero... server. I always get the same message: An error occurred opening that foder on the FTP Server. Make sure you have permission to access that folder. Details: 200 type set to A. 500illegal short command. 500 LPRT understood.
So if you can help me. I'll be grateful a lot!

What FTP client is this? And, have you tried turning on "passive mode"?

I have turned it on Passive mode and it worked!!! thank you a lot, now I can upload video. Thank you!
