wpl into wma?

ok I put some files inot a playlist on the windows media player. I saved the playlist so that it is only 2kb instead of like a lot more but now I want to make it into a wma or mp3 file but i don't know how. Can anyone help me?

You cant just turn a playlist into MP3s since they arent the actual data, it just tells the player where the files are. It is not possible.
