FTPs...

I hope this is the right forum for this...anyways, I'm trying to upload AMVs onto the website, so I went to download the FTPs that I needed...but...I have no idea what I'm doing and can't figure it out...

So...

if anyone can explain what to do and what to download and how it all works...I'd be really grateful!

Okay, now that I know how to do it...how do I find out what my host is? I don't know what to put for my Hosting. I mean, what website am I supposed to type in??

If you're trying to upload here, the information will be provided on the Confirm Upload page. Just cut and paste each item into the appropriate field.
