MPEGING OUT

Ok here's the script im running on the uncommpressed RGB version of my video freshly exported out of Permiere Pro:

AVISource("E:\FINAL HUFFFYANDMPEGS HERE\SLEEP\Nightmare.avi")
Crop(8,0,-8,-0)

Does this seem right because when I ran it through WMP 10 and V. Dub Mod it kinda freaked out on me and started flashing frames everywhere at certain points?

More importantly, I cant seem to downlaod the correct versoin of the TMPGEnc. So far I down loaded TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 and it didn't appear to have the MPEG 2 encoder
