The Guides are pretty explanatory by themselves, since they even teach you the basics of everything you would need in order to make an AMV.

It means read the guides he linked to with "RTFG". The answer to your question is also there.
It's a play on the popular RTFM term whichs geeks often use to voice anger when other people ask geeks to think for them. Now I sound like a bloody dictionary.
