Image Compression

Okay I know this isn't video, but I guess here owuld be the best place to ask, anyway.

I want to make an AMV Banner. Or really, I've already made an AMV Banner. It's this:

And is currently somewhere around the 200k range.
I need it to be 20k for the banner ad contest.
I tried pulling out as many frames as possible without losing anything important, and I tried lowering the amount of colors.
I did manage to chew at the filesize a bit, but nowhere near to 20k.

How can I make this image smaller in size?

Not possible.

Animated gifs aren't designed for full motion video :p

What if I took the first frame and tweened it to the last?

that might help, but you may want to lower the number of frames in it, that'll cut the size a helluva lot

You'd have to have at least half the frames you have at the moment and you'd have to reduce the pallette to at least 15 colours.

And yes it will look crappy.

Maybe flash might be preferable.

It cycles too fast and is rather obnoxious, in my opinion. It's basically a bloated <BLINK>. (Remember those?)
