Can't Rip from DVDs.... Looking for footage

I have read the guide for ripping DVD footage. But I don't have a DVD drive so it doesn't help me. I really want to start making AMVs and being a regular productive member of this particular community. But I do need some help in getting footage.

I'm looking for a kind person who wouldn't mind, or already has, some footage for me. I really want any [MOD42: Request omitted.]

If anyone can help me on this it would be rewarded(with an amv in a week or two

A dvd-rom would only cost $20 or a little more..
