Is it bad that I'm anxious?

AWA is like the AMV con. I figure they'll be mor epeople at the dinner this year, and we'll need a hell of a lot more time to prepare, reserve, etc.

I wouldn't be surprised if we had to actually rent Corraba's this time around.

Was 2004 even bigger than 2003? I missed last year but there were quite a lot of people even at 2k3...

Well, I don't think we picked up any random people, but I noticed more overall.
I could be mistaken, however, since it was 9 when I first went, and I've been getting to know the regulars more and more, so it probably seems like I met more people when actually I just talked to more people...

I don't know. I'd say a safe guess would be atleast ten more than 2003.

WOW. I did not know there was an AMV dinner.

While locally, JACON is known as AMV con, I do agree AWA does a great job with AMVs.

I hope to send my best one to AWA this year. I doubt it will be shown- it is nothing compared to some of the stuff you guys do.

Send it. Most likely it will be shown. AWA is iinto diversity and variety and likes to show at least one work from everyone, one of the reasons I like submitting to it.

When/where is it shown? I have only been to the contests so far- and they only show the winners. Do they let you know when it will be shown in the VAT room? Or do I just have to hang out there the whole day and cross my fingers?
