WOLF's RAIN music question

Hey guys I had a question about episode 20 of Wolf's Rain, titled CONSCIOUSLY ; on the part where the elder is pulling Kiba back from his oasis dream world and he can hear Cheza calling "Kiba, Kiba" and he finally remembers her name and says " Cheza " , anyone know what song is playing? I have both soundtracks and can't seem to find that particular one. Thanks.
