Okay thanks for all the help but, I need more info on the pre-registration. Step by step, if anyone wouldn't mind explaining?

As far as pre-reg goes. You go to the A-kon website and find the "membership" page. There it will take you to their main page for Phoenix Entertainment (they are the group behind Akon). When you go to get your membership there are two methods. Online Purchase or mail-in order. Either will work. If you pre-reg online, you will recieve an email that will act as a ticket when you get to Akon. With the ticket you will recieve your badge.

So in short go to A-kon.com
