Track Number Question

While in DGIndex, you have the option of chosing the track number that you may want to rip. What is the best way to figure out which track number has the audio that I need? (ie. English audio track, Japanese audio track, etc.)

Trial and error. I think usually English is track 1.

When you're ripping the dvd, have a look at the audio list and see which comes first.
