Why not a Beatmania megamix, or a Drummania megamix, or even a Para Para Paradise megamix, etc.?

There have been two failed attempts at putting together a Para Para project in the past.

I had discussed plans with friends to put together a IIDX project, creating our own megamix (DDR, DanceManiaX, ParaPara, and BeatMania 5th and 6th [not IIDX] were the only games that had soundtracks + megamixes). However, I kind of lost interest in the idea. I'm not nearly as into bemani as I was back then
