Hey,
First off, sorry for my last post breaking your rules. I'm trying to tip-toe around this subject so I don't annoy anyone.
OK, Ive now realised that it is illegal to download anime/video material which has been licensed (and you do not own)...for example Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, yu yu hakashu etc.
This is also the same for music. However, you can call the music industry people who produced the music and ask if you can use their song in your project OR apparently you may use 10% of a song without breaching anything.
Now, I was wondering if this is totally true, and if their was a similar rule/law thing for video/anime footage.
I'm not sure if I have it all around the right way. It could be that no matter if you own the music or not, you can't use it in something that is distributed (period or maybe just for a profit).
Thanks
