I know Audacity has a beatfinder tool, but I have no idea how to use it.
Regardless, how do I find the BPM of a song?
Is there a program that can find BPM?

Throw it into Cakewalk and play with the tempo setting, using trial and error until the beats line up.
Or use Adobe Audition's beat finder, select a number of measures, copy to new, open up the loop properties, tell it how many beats should be in the selection, and see what it tells you for the BPM.
Don't know any other good methods offhand.
