Wow, I'm thrilled to have actually made it into the AUSA finals with only my 2nd AMV!

However, I both find it amusing, puzzling, and bewildering as to how my AMV is in the "upbeat" category. Its a pretty depressing video at first glance. But then ::thinking::........(5 minutes later) I guess the ending is..."upbeat".. but in a psychological way. Is that the nature of the category?

(revelation 20 minutes later) I GET IT!!! OKaaaaaay..... When I think "upbeat" category, I guess I think "dance"..as in "beat"... as in"fast paced". OK. That explain alot. Its obvious I'm new to this AMV competition thing. Sorry  . Oh well, I am now smarter due to my stupidity. One more rinkle on my brain for me!

Have a great time Vic and all other judges, creators, viewers, and people who have nothing to do with this AnimeCon but are reading this thread anyway :P

Well, if I don't go, to anyone that does go, have fun!

...I fail at life. You video is action. Songbird21's video was supposed to be upbeat. When I re-sorted the excel list, your categories stayed put due to both of you being last minute and me just being plain dumb. Your scores and runtimes were right but the category field wasn't formatted. I checked the rest of the list, and there are no more errors. I'm on top of things! This will not be another Otakon! THERE WILL NOT BE A DRAFT! ^^
