DDR audio help! GACK!

Post by Alice [OLSP] » Wed Sep 29, 2004 2:28 am

I own the PS2 DDRMAX, MAX2, and the XBOX DRR ULTRAMIX...and I was wondering...is there a way to rip the audio from the game discs? I'm working on my own personal DDR project just to improve my beat recognition skills...but I need the music.

I know soundtracks are available, but why spend the money if you already own the material?

I've looked all over the guides, and I can't find anything...unless I missed something. If anyone can help me figure this out, or point me at a guide that I overlooked, I'd be greatly appreciative.

Thanks in advance! ^.~

...and as usual I leave out the information that will help others help me.

They don't need to be playable audio files, just Premiere 6.0-friendly. As long as Premiere can recognize and play them on the timeline, that's all I need.

If possible, I just need a list of programs/utilities that I would need, and a basic rundown on how to use them. If a readme.txt is included, then no worries, I'm sure it will explain everything. ^^;;

I Googled the crap out of this, and I've got nothing. :(

Have hope! There is a way! And I should know, as I ripped all of DDR Party Collection.

However, I just looked through my harddrive and I can't find the app I used, which means I'll hit Google. But just know that there most definately is a method...
