my friend just told me that this was on (the english dub) on YTV, and i sorta checked it out. a bit confusing, so can anyone please tell me what WHR is? plz? thanks

Basically you have this section of the poice force dedicated to hunting witches(the witches are supposedly the root of all evil) they use somthing called obus or somat to do so and protect themselves
the funny thing is that most people think of a witch as being a female, but in WHR they are both male and female
Robin is a witch who has been trained at a monestary to hunt other witches, she is near sighted so her talent doesnt work as well as it should until she gets glasses later on in the series
Shes a fifteen year old girl and she is sent to this group(cant remember their name) to hunt witches
