Ghost in the Shell SAC disc issues

Ok, I just recently bought the Limted edition GITS: SAC dvd 1, and apparently it was one of the ones affected like this.

I haven't listened to the audio on the DTS disc to confirm that problem, but the CD soundtrack does indeed have the problem stated.

Track 8 is supposed to be Velveteen, and track 9 Lithium Flower, however track 8 is both Velveteen and Lithiuim Flower, meaning that you have to fast forward to to get to Lithium FLower. Then all the tracks up to the Fish track are all moved one track space ahead until it reaches track twelve, the remaining half of Silent Train. (for instance, Inner Universe is supposed to be track 11, but it's track 10).

Has anyone else bought the first volume and had these same problems?
And does anyone know of any plans to fix this?
