Ooh too many to choose from but Aerith's death does rank high.

It didn't affect me much...
think it was because of Sephiroth.

Kefka and Gehstal on the floating contenint was pretty sweet. Also when X-Death.... blank'd.... the main character's home town and a bunch of other towns.
